"Just when I thought Customer Service was dead...I contacted Michelle Garner when I was interested in selling our fractional ownership at the Steamboat Grand. Michelle expressed her knowledge of the area, the market and an approximate asking price for what we had to sell. We easily agreed on a realistic asking price. Before she left for a planned overseas vacation, Michelle had expressed that she wondered if we could have the listing ready in time for the local "Wine Fest" at Steamboat. Michelle did as much as she could before leaving our listing in the hands of her assistant, Sue (part of the Garner Group). Sue worked diligently to quickly get our unit listed in time for "Wine Fest". No one was more shocked than I was when Sue called me six days later to tell me she had received a cash offer for our full asking price! Sue worked with our buyers' real estate agent and we closed on our deal within three weeks. That was ten days ago and I am still in shock! It was the easiest, most seamless transaction I have ever been a part of. I have the utmost praise for the Garner Group. The adjectives polite, articulate, prompt, knowledgable and professional come to mind. It was bittersweet to sell our little piece of Steamboat but Sue and Michelle made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much, Michelle and Sue!"

"We bought a property in Steamboat Springs, Colorado almost four years ago for our daughter. My daughter moved to Florida recently and we sold the property. I live in the Boston area. Doing this by remote control would have been difficult to impossible without the expertise of Michelle Garner. Michelle represented us as buyers and again as sellers and her work was exemplary. She's personable, knows her business well and her attention to detail is excellent, and we all know that's where the devil is. She made it possible for us to provide a home for our daughter, two transactions involving hundreds of thousands of dollars, *and* sleep at night, because I knew the real estate intricacies were in very competent hands. I recommend Michelle highly to anyone buying or selling property in Steamboat."

"I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and her team during 2016. My family had two houses to sell; one was a small ranch house on 30 acres, and the other was inside the city limits of Hayden. Although these two properties were completely different in regards to the type of property for sale, Michelle had no problems finding buyers for both properties. Throughout the process, I found Michelle and her team to be extremely honest, hard-working, and enthusiastic. With each new problem that arose she was always there to provide her recommendation for how to solve it and would then work towards a solution. During the sale of the small ranch property Michelle and her team experienced numerous setbacks but through their hard work and dedication we were able to close on time.
